This is where the reinventing yourself comes into play. After performing music all our lives, we found different avenues to explore. I got a lathe for Christmas and I’m possessed. I absolutely love turning wood. Mel has always been artistic; whether it’s working commissions in pastels, to her work in sea glass, pebble and shell art. She is truly an artist of many canvases.
